Colón Family Cookbook

This recipe comes from the kitchen of Judy. I brought it home to New York in one of my trips. It's simple and easy and very refreshing on a hot summer day.

Salads: Judy's Fruit Salad
Name Ingredients
  • 1 Large Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Small Orange Jello
  • 1 Large Can Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 Med. Can Sliced Pineapple
  • 1 Large Cool Whip

Instructions

Cut fruit to bite size and mix in same order as listed. Set in refrigerator.   Enjoy!
